SNACK PIE
A savory treat to snack at anytime...
Super easy to make and really yummy!!!
A.K.A "Lavoisier Pie" , for "nothing is created or destroyed only transformed"... right, you can use any fillings, especially leftovers - let's go:
1 1/2 cup of white flour
1 egg
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of dry yeast
Water or milk to dilute the dough (if needed)

Filling: sardines, tuna, ham, frankies, cold cuts, cooked ground beef, veggies, tomatoes, peppers, and whatever else you would like to have.

Mix all the ingredients (it's ok to use the blender or the mixer); form a dough with a cake batter consistency (if it's too hard, add milk or water; if it's too liquid, add more flour) then, mix in your stuffings; grease a baking sheet with pam or butter and add some dry flour, spreading it around, and pour your mixture to bake at 400F for about 40 minutes - that's it! Serve with a leafy salad as a meal, or cut into squares, and see it disappear fast - enjoy!!!
